Price and Value of product Quality of service received Quality of product Having had a look at many fireplaces both locally and on the net. We found victorian fireplaces to be excellent in quality , price and service. Everything was just as described and help and advice over the phone no problem. Price and Value of product Quality of service received Quality of product The fireplace surround and hearth are superb and top quality. We are delighted with the final result. Had a bit of trouble bonding brackets to the marble but that was more about me mixing the bonding material right - dont forget to order this. It wasn't clear to me on the website that a solid fuel kit was needed for the electric fire option but this was sorted out with one phonecall. The electric fire option is a bit pricey but the overall package justifies the total outlay for us. Overall highly recommended!
