The Darwin wooden surround is handmade in England by Knapp woodworking and made from 100% solid wood. Available in both pine and oak with a varierty of finishes.

I purchased a narrow Darwin pine surround and granite back panel and hearth for my 1980s semi and am very pleased with it. The style is unfussy and blends in well with the more modern surroundings whilst still appearing solid and of good quality. I went to the showroom to purchase it and everyone I dealt with during the purchase and delivery was efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
