It can make or break a company if it isn't done right especially when you're delivering all over the country. Feedback from our customers has told us that other fireplace companies use carriers to deliver their fireplace sets to their customers. We have heard horror stories of fireplaces just being dumped at the end of streets because the lorries can't get outside customers’ houses, and some times just being dumped in the front garden of houses. We deliver our fireplaces all over the country in our own vans (we don't use carrier companies). Our dedicated drivers will put your chosen fireplace into the room you require, whether on the top floor of a tenement block or in the front room of a mansion.
