Price and Value of product Quality of service received Quality of product To all at Victorian Fireplaces. Just a quick note to say that our replacement parts for the fireplace were delivered in time for Christmas and all now fits brilliantly. The fireplace looks wonderful and I want to say a big thank you to everyone who I spoke to through the whole process, including the initial consideration of what type of fire to have.
