Fireplace is a triumph; it looks fantastic. I don't think the photos on the website do it justice. I had it installed as a solid fuel appliance and looking forward to trying it for the first time this weekend!

So... I love my fireplace, I think it is brilliant. The service I got on the phone was fantastic and from what I can tell your prices seem fair. The only hiccup was that you forgot the mantle piece part in the original delivery. I know that things can't be perfect all the time and you rectified the situation quickly so kudos to your team. If and when I need another fireplace, you will be the first people I call.

Recently bought a this fireplace for our new house. Decorative option chosen. Absolutely delighted with the product. Delivered ahead of schedule and very easy to fit. In addition, half way the order my wife changed her mind from wanting a gas fire to a decorative fire only. We contacted Victorian fireplaces, and this was no problem to them, and they even provided a refund on the cost. Don't think you would get that from many high street, or larger companies. Superb service from start to finish. The product had a minor problem but it was sorted out without a quibble. It was also impressive that VF deliver items themselves, this showed in the level of care and fulfilment of delivery that you would not get from a courier. The price I paid for my fireplace also represented great value for money. I would definitely order from VF again and have recommended to all my friends and family.
