The website was easy to use, particularly the design a fireplace feature. The staff were very helpful over the phone and provided lots of extra information which made it much easier to decide on what we wanted. The fireplace and surround were excellent quality and very good value. The fitter recommended was just also very good. Overall we were extremely pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Victorian Fireplaces to others.
