I was planning to write to you earlier but my fireplace is not in place yet. The wooden surround is not ready so I need to wait a few more weeks.
However I wanted to thank you so much for the interest and care you have shown whenever I called you. I had never ordered anything (so big) in this manner and I was not sure at first, however as soon as I contacted you I realised that you are truly professional and your main aim is to give the best of service.
