Thank you for delivery of our beautiful tiled insert Toulouse fire with Borrington oak mantel. Your delivery driver called to tell me his approximate arrival time and this was exactly within the time we requested which made delivery very convenient. The fitters you recommended arrived promptly and carried out the job professionally and were friendly and helpful. I would also like to thank you for opening your showroom on a Sunday which allowed us to visit and see your range of fires which was very helpful as we had not been able to see a good range of insert fires and wooden mantels locally, also you were able to obtain a powerflue fire to fit into our chosen insert which was not available to us from local suppliers.
