We ordered the Bedford oak surround, the Dublin cast iron insert & the sweeping rose tiles. It has now been fitted and we are more than pleased. Well having seen your site on the internet we made the long trip down to Lincoln from Scotland to assess first hand the quality of your products. What greeted use in your showroom far exceeded our expectations with the quality and attention to detail being first class. The upshot was that we purchased two fireplaces instead of the one we originally intended. Your quality of service continued throughout the delivery phase and can only be described as second to none. In summary how would we best describe Victorian Fireplaces; 'Good old fashion service coupled with a can do approach by the staff’
