we have been very pleased with our fire & service offered by victorian fireplaces. we did have a little hiccup at begining due to misunderstanding on deliveray date, but we were more than pleased with the prompt way it was dealt with and all was well and delivered at the right time. we liked the personal touch and when i had to make a phone call to the company, we were dealt with in a professional mannner. the quality of the fireplace is excellent and the price much lower than other places we looked at.

The item is of excellent quality and is a welcome addition to our living room adding a beautiful feature and bringing the room to life.

Communication between your company and myself along with delivery timescales were also of a very high standard.

The one negative point I have is that there were no installation instructions included in any of the packages we received.

Thank you so much David for all your help. The fireplace is absolutely stunning and we couldn't have asked for nicer people to help. The driver arrived as expected and was very helpful bringing the fireplace into our house and helping us check to make sure everything was ok. I am really pleased with our fire at least £300 pounds cheaper than local suppliers and that was even after paying an independant fireplace fitter. Would most definetly use again. (Posted on 06/09/2010)
