Very pleased with my fireplace , it looks fabulous and at a reasonable price, with free delivery which was within two weeks of my order even though we had terrible weather conditions before Christmas and I didnt have to wait in all day, the driver rang and gave me a very accurate time of arrival. I ordered the Pembroke polished cast iron combination for solid fuel, with granite hearth. The product is available from other sources, but was substantially cheaper from Victorian Fireplaces, particularly when considering the free delivery. The only slight issue was that I wasn't made aware very quickly that they were awaiting an incoming delivery of my product, but the overall service was fine. And the product is simply fantastic, and has made our house a home. Highly recommended! (Posted on 22/02/2011)

The whole process could not have gone more smoothly and we now have 2 Pembroke fireplaces successfully installed - and all at a price that was very competitive vs local quotes we received.
