I am so pleased with my purchase! I bought two cast iron combination Edwardian fireplaces. I had a call the day I ordered them just to make sure that I had not made a mistake in ordering two and to let me know what to expect in terms of timescales for delivery, which I thought was good customer service.

One is unpackaged and installed. One to go. The online fitting instructions were really helpful. What would be fantastic would be step by step photos for fitting or even DVD? The delivery man was great. He was on time and brought the fireplaces into the front room rather than leaving them in the hall. (Good job my husband was at home though because there is no way I could have helped lift). He also gave me the first names of two people at the company that I could call if I got stuck with fitting - which was reassuring.

The service and product are both great and I have been recommending you to my friends already. When we're all plastered and decorated and we have a roaring fire going, I'll email you a photo! Mary
