Our attentive service to both online and showroom customers does not stop when you have chosen which of our beautiful fireplaces suits your home. Efficiently delivering the purchase that you are eagerly awaiting is vitally important to us. We only entrust your fireplace to the very best courier companies, and we aim to delivery as quickly as possible.

It doesn’t matter whether you live in Land’s End or John O’Groats, we deliver!

Standard Delivery

• Delivered between 8am - 6pm
• We'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date
• Delivered using professional pallet network
• Delivered as close to front door as possible

Cancellations

Order cancellations received after the order has left our warehouse but before delivery has been attempted will incur a £95.00 fee to return the goods to our warehouse.

Please ensure you are available to receive delivery on the agreed date. If you are unable to receive delivery please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

*The following postcode areas in Northern Scotland will incur a surcharge of from £95:
AB, DD, G1-G15, G2-G21, G32-G76, IV1-39, IV52-54, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH1-41

*The following postcode areas in Northern Scotland will incur a surcharge of from £125:
