Having had a look at many fireplaces both locally and on the net. We found victorian fireplaces to be excellent in quality , price and service. Everything was just as described and help and advice over the phone no problem. If I ever need another fireplace I won't be looking anywhere else. Thanks for a great service. Cheers Alun.

The fireplace surround and hearth are superb and top quality. We are delighted with the final result. Had a bit of trouble bonding brackets to the marble but that was more about me mixing the bonding material right - dont forget to order this. It wasn't clear to me on the website that a solid fuel kit was needed for the electric fire option but this was sorted out with one phonecall. The electric fire option is a bit pricey but the overall package justifies the total outlay for us. Overall highly recommended!
