The Bedford wooden surround is handmade in England by Knapp woodworking and made from 100% solid wood. Available in both pine and oak with a varierty of finishes.

we have been very pleased with our fire & service offered by victorian fireplaces. we did have a little hiccup at begining due to misunderstanding on deliveray date, but we were more than pleased with the prompt way it was dealt with and all was well and delivered at the right time. we liked the personal touch and when i had to make a phone call to the company, we were dealt with in a professional mannner. the quality of the fireplace is excellent and the price much lower than other places we looked at. all in all we would highly recommend victorian fireplaces and their products.
The item is of excellent quality and is a welcome addition to our living room adding a beautiful feature and bringing the room to life. Communication between your company and myself along with delivery timescales were also of a very high standard. The one negative point I have is that there were no installation instructions included in any of the packages we received. Overall I would recommend your company to anyone looking to add victorian style and character to their own home.

The driver arrived as expected and was very helpful bringing the fireplace into our house and helping us check to make sure everything was ok. I am really pleased with our fire at least £300 pounds cheaper than local suppliers and that was even after paying an independant fireplace fitter. Would most definetly use again.
Very good service and the fireplace looks fabulous in situ. The tiles are even nicer in real life than they look on the internet site. Will definately use you again if we ever need to get another fireplace
