Brilliant service, on time delivery, beautiful fireplace and as described. Unfortunately we are unable to comment on the actual look of the fireplace in situ and its working ability as we are yet to find somebody to install it as a solid fuel fire!!

Designed online and delivered promptly. Now the fireplace is finally installed after laying around for many months waiting for the builder to get on with it. All the parts went together with no problems and it looks beautiful and warms up the room a treat.

We ordered a Bedford Jubilee fireplace and this was delivered in less than a week given that we live in Surrey.The surround had a mark on it , we sent it back on tuesday(22/6/10) and replacement arrived today in perfectly good condition .
